Adee Labs started the way a lot of good software does — someone scratching their own itches. A cleaner way to vectorize an image, a fairer way to split a group trip, a faster way to write inside the browser. Each one shipped. Some found thousands of users; one found seventy thousand.
There's no growth-hacking playbook here. The bet is simpler: make tools sharp enough that people quietly keep them, tell a friend, and forget they were ever made by a small studio. That standard is what we now bring to partner work too.
